1. Overview

At Elarion Diamond, every piece is made to order to ensure exceptional craftsmanship, precision, and ethical sourcing. Our standard production time for all items is 3–4 working weeks from the date your order is confirmed. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped securely and fully insured to your chosen address.

This policy complies with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and applicable EU consumer protection laws.

2. Order Processing Times

• Made-to-Order Jewellery: Production takes approximately 3-4 working weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Orders are processed only after full payment is received and confirmed.
• During high-demand periods (Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Black Friday), production times may be extended—we will notify you promptly of any delays.

3. Delivery Times & Methods

Once production is complete:

United Kingdom

• Standard Insured Delivery: 4-5 working days after dispatch.
• Express Insured Delivery: Next working day after dispatch.
• Cost: Complimentary on all orders above £500; £12 flat fee for orders under £500.

Europe

• Standard Insured Delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Express Insured Delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
• Cost: Complimentary on orders above £1,000; £25 flat fee otherwise.

Rest of World

• Standard Insured Delivery: 5–7 working days after dispatch.
• Express Insured Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Cost: Complimentary on orders above £1,500; £35 flat fee otherwise.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Insurance

All shipments are fully insured until they are signed for at the delivery address. Optional extended insurance is available for additional peace of mind (covering accidental loss or theft for up to 60 days after receipt, subject to terms).

5. International Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by your country’s authorities. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility. Elarion Diamond has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.

6. Delivery Address & Security

• We ship only to verified residential or business addresses—no PO Boxes (except where courier insurance permits).
• All deliveries require a signature on receipt.
• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a calling card or arrange redelivery.

7. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Real-time updates will be available via the courier’s tracking portal.

8. Remote Area Deliveries

Deliveries to certain remote UK locations (e.g., Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands) may require an additional 1–2 working days. Some locations may incur a remote area surcharge; we will confirm any extra costs before dispatch.

9. Risk Transfer

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered and signed for. Please inspect your package upon arrival and notify us within 48 hours of any visible damage.

10. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, courier strikes, severe weather, or force majeure events. We will, however, keep you informed and work to resolve any delivery issues promptly.
