1. Overview
At Elarion Diamond, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, subject to the terms outlined below.
This policy is in accordance with:

- Applicable EU consumer protection legislation for eligible customers
2. Return & Exchange Windows
- Returns for Refund: Accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- Exchanges: Accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- Defective or Damaged Items: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Note: Items must be received by Elarion Diamond within the applicable window to qualify.
3. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- All original packaging, diamond certificates, and accompanying documentation must be returned.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration by anyone other than Elarion Diamond will not be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, customisation, and legal compliance reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Bespoke, custom-made, or engraved jewellery
- Eternity rings, wedding bands, and engagement rings made to a custom size
- Items altered or resized after purchase by a third party
- Earrings (in accordance with hygiene regulations)
- Gift Cards or e-Gift Vouchers
- Promotional “Gift with Purchase” (GWP) items, unless returned unopened and with the main order
5. Resizing Services
- We offer one complimentary ring resizing within 60 days of delivery (UK customers only).
- Additional resizes or international resizing may incur charges.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- We aim to process refunds within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Possible Deductions:
- £160 for missing or damaged diamond certificates
- Fees for missing packaging or accessories
- Restocking fees, if explicitly stated at time of purchase
7. Return Shipping
- UK Customers: We provide a complimentary insured return shipping label upon request.
- International Customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Use a fully insured, trackable service.
Note: Elarion Diamond is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
8. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described:
- Contact us within 7 days at support@elariondiamond.com, including:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the item
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund after inspection.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
9. International Legal Compliance
- Returns of rough diamonds or loose stones from outside the UK must comply with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS).
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with international laws.

- Any relevant photos
- We will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Package your item securely and return via:
- Provided return method (UK)
- Insured courier (International)
11. Exceptions & Special Circumstances
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events may not be eligible for return.
- Any exceptions will be clearly communicated in writing at the time of purchase.
